When is Military/Info going to again start shipping orders
outside of the U.S.?
Shipping costs $6 US mail or $18 UPS, inside of the Continental United
States. The shipping charge by the order not by number of items in an order. In
other words: An order of 1 item or 10 items costs the same.
We do for two reasons: First we sell many items for as low as 50 cents, which
makes it silly for us to try to charge $100 for shipping a $6 order. Second, it
is our built in discount. Large orders automatically get charged less for
postage. For example a $100 order consisting of 10 items gets charged only $6
for shipping, while 10 orders each with 1 item gets charged each get charged $6
per order for a total $50 for shipping.

We do not accept credit cards, but we do accept checks or money orders.
Reason: Credit Card companies charge a business of our size at least 12
percent of each sale. A charge of that size would make it difficult for us to
remain in business.

We try to answer simple questions within 24 hours. Complex questions, if we
think we can handle it well try to get back to you within 24 hours, but it may
take days to fully handle your question. Silly questions we never answer.
Simple questions are how to order, or how find something in our
catalog.
Complex questions are asking for something unusual, such as having us
look for something special or provide a service which is not on our
catalog.
Silly questions are asking for things which, by reading our website
order warning page you know we will not
provide.
Sometimes we get behind on answering Email, so it doesn't hurt to remind us
if we have not got back to you within a few days.
We enjoy answering questions on historical military technology, especially
older technology, but we reserve the right not answer questions on currently
military technology.

Yes we do. It is built into our shipping charges. The larger the order the
less we charge overall for shipping.
Example: Order one item for $10 we will charge $6 for shipping it to you by
US Mail. Order one item costing $100 we will still only charge you $6 for
shipping it you by US Mail. Order ten items each costing $10 we will again only
charge you $6 for shipping by US mail. So it pays to make large orders.

We have several other ways of sending us an order . But at very least when
you send us an order make sure that you give us the "Item No." of
what you want to order and that clearly print your return address.
